Shipping Within the United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

After an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in communicating with the carrier.

Maiju & Vanji Fashion is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as lost, stolen, or missing.

We recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking information closely.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping package and label

We will review all claims and work toward a fair resolution.
